Corporate Attorney needed for a 3 month contract with a highly regarded Atlanta firm. There has been in uptick in corporate transactional work this summer in their Corporate Group and there is an immediate need for an outstanding contract attorney with 4-15 years of corporate transactional experience. Experience needed on M&A transactions, including drafting, due diligence, contract review, schedule preparation and closing assistance. Lending experience a plus but not a must.
Start date is ASAP, commitment is approx. 40 hours per week M-F and project is expected to last 3 months or longer.
REQUIREMENTS
Active bar admission in the State of Georgia
4+ years of experience in corporate transactional work at a law firm
