National Firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Commercial Real Estate group in Orlando, Florida on a contract basis. Possibility of turning perm for the right candidate.This is a rare, and great opportunity to get your foot in the door with an AmLaw 100 firm, and gain experience working on sophisticated, complex real estate transactions.

Responsibilities

All candidates should possess the following credentials:

• Minimum 5 years of meaningful experience in the area of commercial real estate required;
• Experience in representing developers preferred;
• Excellent academic credentials and strong writing, analytical, and communications skills;
• Transaction management experience is preferred; and
• Florida Bar admission preferred
