Corporate/ Compliance Paralegal – Parsippany / Florham Park area, New Jersey
- 40 hours/ week, full-time 4- month temporary role (leave of absence support)
- Ideal candidate has a B.A. Degree, and 6-10 years of corporate paralegal experience in-house, either in the insurance or finance industry.
Duties include:
- Work directly with attorneys, be an integral member of a small legal team
- Support regulatory projects for mid- sized insurance company
- Licensing applications and renewals
- Support corporate governance
- Corporate filings, including Holding Company Act filings, Certificates of Authority, etc.
- Generate reports in Excel
- Consumer complaint coordination
- Support subpoena requests
- Liaise with outside counsel
Position starts on Monday, April 22nd and is expected to last until around September 1st.
Rate of pay is hourly, 55-60/hr DOE. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 or 5:30, or 9:00 to 6:00.
