Responsibilities:
Support General Counsel and legal team in all matters involving insurance related compliance, regulations, and statutes
Manage and perform relevant filings and reports
Manage regulatory related projects
Maintain consistent knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
Perform legal research, related to regulatory and compliance issues
Requirements:
1-3 years of compliance and regulatory experience within an organization or law firm setting, including experience with state or federal statutes or regulations
J.D. Degree
Admitted to a state bar, must be in good standing
Strong communication and writing skills
