Role Overview: Lucas Group has partnered with a leading company in the hospitality industry based in Los Angeles County in their search for a Global Compensation Analyst or Senior Compensation Analyst. This role is responsible for partnering with leadership teams, HR and external partners to develop and implement compensation initiatives and programs. The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to handle multiple priorities and projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Five or more years of experience in Compensation
• Strong project management skills
• Strong ability to research and interpret market and financial data
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
