Role Overview:  Lucas Group has been engaged by a leading global industrial company in their search for a Compensation Business Partner.  This is an exciting opportunity to design and build out the global compensation structure for a privately-held global company headquartered in Atlanta.  The ideal candidate has 5+ years of progressive, broad-based compensation design and implementation experience at a global company. 

  • Work to provide standardization among decentralized locations.
  • Implement a new compensation structure throughout the US, collaborating with global HR business partners to determine guidelines for progression.
  • Manage annual merit and incentive compensation process.
  • Perform market research analysis on current as well as newly created positions.
  • Maintain the daily compensation duties for the business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Economics, Finance, or related required.  Master's degree a plus.
  • 5-12+ years of experience in a broad-based compensation role.
  • Experience supporting a global employee population or working within a global company strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience working autonomously on project-based work.
