Lucas Group has partnered with our client in on their search for a Benefits Analyst that will be hired as a Compensation and Benefits Analyst / Manager. The company is experiencing rapid growth and this is a key role that will begin with managing benefits plans then transition into owning the compensation plans.
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the design of the company's benefits plans including health, welfare, and retirement plans.
- Develop and implement competitive compensation programs.
- Work closely with company leadership to communicate and advise on compensation programs and benefits programs to ensure the company is positioned well to compete for talent.
Skills Needed:
- Highly energetic with strong communication capabilities
- Analytical and problem solving with the ability to interpret data
- Strong Excel a must including building pivot tables and vlookups
Educational & Work Requirements:
- Degree: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related
- Work Experience: 5+ years designing and delivering benefits or compensation and benefits programs.
