Fractional Compensation Analyst - Executive Compensation

Healthcare | 100% Remote | Short-Term Engagement

Our healthcare client is seeking a fractional compensation expert to support an executive compensation redesign during a leadership and HR restructuring. The role partners closely with the Interim CPO and focuses exclusively on executive level compensation strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Design and evaluate executive compensation packages (base, incentives, bonuses)
  • Conduct market benchmarking for senior leadership roles
  • Deliver clear recommendations and executive ready materials

Requirements

  • Proven experience in executive compensation
  • Strategic, consultative background; healthcare experience preferred
