Role Overview:  Lucas Group has partnered with a leading professional services organization on their search for an Temp. to Perm Compensation Analyst!  This person must be data driven and will be responsible in assisting in the annual compensation planning for the organization.  
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: 

• Working with the total rewards team on the annual planning process, in regards to both the overall compensation package and the bonus targets for each employee
• Support of the Compensation and analytics team in overall project work pertaining to year end
• Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data
• Additional projects as necessary

Requirements: 

• 3+ years of compensation experience
• Ability to work in a fast paced, fluid environment
