Commercial Real Estate Paralegal (Manhatan Law Firm)

Global law firm seeking an experienced commercial real estate paralegal for its growing practice. Emphasis on commercial real estate finance transactions/ UCC filings.
DUTIES:
- prepare UCC filings
- review mortgages, prepare mortgage filings and amendments thereto
-assist with due diligence review in connection with commercial real estate closing preparation
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a legal assistant / paralegal focused on commercial real estate finance / UCCs.
- B.A. or B.S. Degree in any discipline
- Paralegal Certificate a plus (not required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work overtime as needed
