Activity seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager in north metro Atlanta. The account manager is responsible for day-to-day account management for clients with complex coverage needs.
Qualifications:
- Customer service: answering coverage/policy questions, claims handling, process endorsements
- Understanding of the underwriting process including new and renewal business
- Minimum 2-5 plus years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance
- Experience with Medium to Large Commercial Accounts
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Manage workflow of assigned book of business and delegate workflow
