Lucas Group is working with a financial services firm in the search for a Collections Specialist. This is a permanent opportunity with a bonus potential of up to 50% of base salary.
Responsibilities:
- Communication with delinquent, defaulted and charged off accounts via telephone, email, and letter correspondence
- Creative skip tracing capabilities
- Negotiate, administer, and track all payment plans
- Pursue all charged off accounts
- Produce a net charge off to production ratio of less than 7.5%
- Daily and weekly reporting to managers
- Meet monthly and annual sales goals.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in commercial collections
- Intermediate in Excel
- Must understand skip tracing
- Must have good customer service skill set
- Must be coachable, trainable and a self-starter
