Title: Cloud DevOps Solution Architect
Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite in NY, NY)
Client Industry: Hospital & Healthcare
Compensation: $70 - $90/hr.
We have partnered with our client in their search for a highly skilled Cloud DevOps Solutions Architect to lead cloud infrastructure and DevOps processes, with a focus on AWS (70%) and providing architecture support (30%). The ideal candidate will have experience in AWS networking, CloudFormation, containerization, and CICD implementation. The role involves troubleshooting networking issues, writing security policies, and managing AWS infrastructure deployments.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure and DevOps processes
- Create and manage CloudFormation templates for infrastructure automation
- Write and troubleshoot IAM, S3 bucket, and KMS key policies
- Diagnose and resolve networking and permissions issues within AWS environments
- Collaborate with development teams to implement and maintain CICD pipelines
- Provide support for Kubernetes (EKS) and containerization (Docker) environments
- Maintain and optimize databases such as RDS
Skills Required
- AWS networking (VPC, Route53, ELB, etc.)
- CloudFormation for infrastructure deployment and automation
- Strong understanding of IAM and security policy management
- Experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and Docker containerization
- CICD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, or similar)
- Python (nice to have)
Education & Work Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and DevOps roles, with a focus on AWS
