We have partnered with our client in their search for a Client Solutions Architect.
Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through technology strategy, solution design, and project planning.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to design scalable, secure, and cost-effective IT solutions aligned with business goals.
Lead the development of project roadmaps and write detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) for cloud migrations, infrastructure modernization, and cybersecurity initiatives.
Support pre-sales efforts by conducting technical assessments, validating proposals, and identifying new project opportunities.
Oversee the implementation of complex IT projects, ensuring alignment with proposed architectures, timelines, and budgets.
Drive continuous improvement by defining technical standards, optimizing tools, and implementing automation to enhance service delivery.
Maintain strong client relationships, resolve complex technical challenges, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and trust.
Skills Required
Proven client-facing experience with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong technical background in Microsoft Servers, Windows OS, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and cybersecurity best practices.
Experience building solution roadmaps and writing scopes of work for IT projects.
Familiarity with cloud adoption frameworks (CAF) and infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) models.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.
Education & Work Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in IT solution architecture, systems engineering, or a similar technical consulting role within an MSP or IT services environment.
