We are partnering with our client to identify a highly skilled Client Delivery Leader (CDL) who will serve as the operational backbone for assigned customer accounts. In this role, you will own end-to-end delivery performance, ensuring seamless execution across cross-functional teams and acting as a trusted advisor to the Account General Manager (AGM). You will champion operational excellence, drive measurable value, and consistently exceed customer expectations-all while optimizing profitability.

Your Role in the Mission

The organization equips leaders with innovative technologies and solutions that elevate health and human services outcomes. As a Client Delivery Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving this mission. Supported by collaborative, high‑performing teams, you will:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert to the AGM, developing comprehensive insight into customer contracts-including terms, conditions, and their implications for service delivery.
  • Partner closely with infrastructure, security, IT, implementation, product, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive service delivery and support new solution introductions.
  • Lead structured, audience‑focused delivery status reporting for both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships across shared services and with customer leadership at all levels.
  • Establish and manage a consistent, data‑driven governance model with clear escalation pathways, including to senior executive leadership.
  • Oversee talent functions such as recruiting, coaching, mentoring, performance management, and team development.

Relationship Management
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship‑building skills with both clients and internal teams.

Industry Knowledge
Deep understanding of healthcare and Medicaid ecosystems, delivery models, and solution landscapes.


What Success Looks Like

Performance will be evaluated through a balanced set of delivery, financial, and people measures, including:

  • Revenue growth, account profitability, ROI, and overall financial outcomes
  • Customer satisfaction and advocacy (CSAT, NPS, direct feedback)
  • Internal team feedback, SLA performance, and key operational metrics
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, team development, and process improvement
