Our client, an insurance provider headquartered in downtown Chicago, is seeking a claims administrator and analyst to serve as the System Administrator for the matter management system used by the Claims Department. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree and 3+ years experience working with database systems, including understanding table and query relationships and intermediate to Expert level experience with Excel. Experience with legal operating systems and experience with dashboards and dashboard software are preferred. Responsibilities will include maintaining accuracy and integrity of claims data, managing the claims reimbursement process, serving as the data steward for the Claims Department and training claims personnel on operational software and reporting systems.
