What We Are Looking For:

Lucas Group has partnered with our media client in Wilton on their search for a CIO. Our client is looking for someone to provide sound business and technical leadership to drive growth and improve operational efficiencies. Strategic thinking and strong business and IT acumen are essential in this role.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
• Oversee daily operations of the company and other executives
• Set performance goals
• Establish organizational policies
• Employee engagement and training
• Analyze and interpret data/metrics
• Vendor relationships
• Improve qualtiy, efficient and productivity while reducing costs and increasing profits
• Develop technical aspects for company strategy to ensure goals are met
• Discover and test new technology that help the business
• Supervise system infrastructure

Skills Needed:

• Data Analysis
• Understanding of media technology such as Ad servers and Ad exchanges for example
• Collaborative mindset to work with different teams to help execute various campaigns

Educational & Work Requirements:

• Degree: Bachelor's Degree
• Work Experience: 5+ years related experience
