Role Overview: Lucas Group has been engaged with a leading technology and distribution organization on their search for a CHRO in the Phoenix area. This executive leader will have a seat at the table reporting directly to the CEO and partnering with the leadership team. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience working with mergers & acquisitions and be local to the Phoenix area.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree required; Prefer a Master's Degree
• Must have merger and acquisition and integration experience
• Must be a strategic leader that can focus on culture and change management initiatives
• Knowledge of US and Canada employment laws
