CEO/President will have proven success as a “Servant Leader” with hands on leadership and operations with small to medium size aerospace companies to ensure Company’s stability and its sustainable growth.
CEO/President is responsible for the strategy, financial performance, and compliance of all operations; including, operation implementation of Company’s strategies.
He/she will lead all operations for the Company with a focus on market share gain and have full P&L responsibility.
The role reports to the Board of Directors.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with and report to the Board of Directors; foster relationships with Board members and consistently maintain communication.
- Provide the leadership necessary for development and execution of a market – driven strategic plan focused on revenue growth for the commercial aerospace market globally and positioning the business for a sustainable competitive advantage and maximum operating performance. Promote a culture focused on driving continuous improvements in safety, quality, lead times, margins and growth.
- Full P&L responsibility validated by performance.
- Oversees day-to-day operations with significant hands on operations; and employee interface (on the manufacturing floor).
- Develop a growth strategy that includes M&A plan.
- Work with HR to establish hiring best practices and compliances to ensure retention of employees and hiring companywide to include; mentorship, promotion, and training programs for employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master degree in relevant discipline; MBA preferred.
- 15 plus years of experience in senior management or executive positions in Aerospace/Aviation – Manufacturing Industry working with the OEMs and Aftermarket affiliates.
- Full P&L experience in a high mix, low volume manufacturing commercial aerospace environment.
- Understanding of aerospace product life cycles, including transitioning from build– to–print to design–to–spec and transitioning from batch manufacturing to flow line production.
- Highly motivated hands on leader focused on building a talented, lean and aggressive team that is focused on delivering results to support the organization as it grows and evolves.
- Operations, manufacturing, supply chain and/ R&O background.
- Experience with program, project and product management.
- Proven track record in building and scaling small to medium size aerospace organizations for stability and sustainable growth globally.
- Validated track record of success in the commercial aerospace industry (product line management, marketing, sales) and operations (manufacturing, supply chain, operational excellence) demonstrated throughout their career promotional history leading to a successful P&L role.
- Value driven leader with attention to detail.
- Ability to successfully interface with a variety of disciplines and cultures operating with varying business priorities; sales, production, engineering, and HR.
