Change Manager

Location: Cork, Ireland
Contract: Contract Opportunity - 6 Months

Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a key business transformation initiative. They are looking for an intermediate to senior-level professional who can quickly engage with stakeholders, drive change activities, and operate confidently at executive level.

This role will require an individual who combines strong change management expertise with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and ensuring the successful adoption of business change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute change management strategies and plans.
  • Assess organisational impacts and create mitigation plans to support successful change adoption.
  • Engage with stakeholders across all levels of the business, including executive leadership.
  • Deliver clear and compelling communications to support transformation objectives.
  • Identify and manage change risks and stakeholder resistance.
  • Facilitate workshops, engagement sessions and awareness activities.
  • Support business readiness and adoption planning.
  • Monitor change effectiveness and recommend corrective actions where required.
  • Collaborate closely with project and programme teams to align change initiatives with wider business objectives.
  • Provide regular updates and reporting to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.

Required Experience

  • Proven experience delivering change management initiatives within complex organisations.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting business transformation, technology change or organisational change programmes.
  • Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering results to tight timelines.
  • Relevant change management certification would be advantageous (Prosci, APMG or equivalent).
