Korn Ferry is supporting our global life science client to hire an experienced Change Manager to support strategic transformation programmes across EMEA.

This is a 12-month contract with a hybrid model based out of our client's nearest European office (location confirmed during process, depending on candidate proximity).

Key Responsibilities

  • Support business/programme managers in the development and execution of change management strategies and plans for EMEA strategic transformation programmes.
  • Develop, maintain, drive, and execute change strategies in collaboration with key programme stakeholders.
  • Create impactful communications and training materials, using innovative channels and approaches across the organisation.
  • Design and facilitate workshops and interactive sessions to involve, mobilise and align stakeholders (from senior leadership to individual contributors).
  • Provide guidelines and tools to managers to run team dialogues about change and translate initiatives into concrete, relevant actions.
  • Create opportunities for stakeholders to guide change through participation in forums, discussions, in-person town halls, and small group sessions.
  • Provide relevant information that enables employees to make decisions aligned to desired change objectives.
  • Monitor internal/external environments for risks and threats to successful change implementation.
  • Provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers and supervisors as they guide teams through transitions.
  • Partner with the Communications team to ensure alignment on plans and consistent messaging.
  • Collaborate with Communications and HR on announcement content, FAQs, and talk tracks.
  • Connect local teams by sharing experiences and leveraging lessons learned.

Profile Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in a dedicated Change Management role using tools such as stakeholder analysis, change impact mapping, persona creation, change measures, and translating outputs into action.
  • PROSCI certification preferred.
  • Experience creating enterprise-wide and executive-level communications using multiple channels and formats.
  • Experience working in a global, matrix environment with strong cultural awareness.
  • Strong understanding of how people experience change and how to drive adoption.
  • Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and confidently engage key programme stakeholders.
  • Creativity in problem solving and designing change strategies that land.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively with general guidance on new projects.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills-comfortable with technical and non-technical audiences, and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Strong PowerPoint / presentation capability.
  • Basic video/tutorial editing skills using common video editing tools.
