Change Management Leader (Closed)

Lucas Group has partnered with a leading, global consulting company on their search for a Change Management Leader in Dallas, TX.

• Work with an organization to align leaders on change management strategies
• Analyze metrics and to develop road map for change
• Function as a change agent, driving and implementing HR initiatives that focus on enhancing the client business
• Create and lead strategies to support and enable a positive work environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, Master's preferred
• 4+ years in manager level role
• Experience with external clients
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 50%
