CEO- Apparel Manufacturer
Lucas Group is working with a 20+ year Southern California based manufacturer of specialty apparel. The company owns its overseas factory, which results in an advantageously strong supply chain for manufacturing and product development.
We are looking for proven professional to guide this privately-owned Company from being founder-led to a professional organization, better enabling it to leverage its strong positioning and growth potential. This will be the Company’s first external CEO, with ownership remaining the primary interface for overseas manufacturing. Successful career experience in sales, marketing, finance and operations are required, along strong acumen in systems development/implementation and technology. NOTE: must have substantial wholesale apparel experience, ideally with overseas manufacturing.
They private label as well as sell through distribution and direct. Historically, their products have been very strong in the public sector (public safety in particular), though they also sell commercially.
