Capture Manager (REMOTE POSITION) 
25% - Targeting Candidates with a minimum of 10 years successful government Business Development / Capture Manager experience.

Location: Not Defined, preference is East of the Mississippi.

As an approved GSA provider, our client provides temporary structures for such projects as temporary troop cities, emergency response and semi-permanent warehouses, temporary military hangars and other applications.

The U.S. Military has utilized them for turnkey base camps complete with sleeping structures, mobile shower trailers, power distribution, climate control and more building components.

Position: Capture Manager

Job Description: A seasoned Capture Manager to penetrate the government market for them. This would be a candidate with a successful track record of Post-Military sales into the government and an integral knowledge of procurement, contracts, RFQ’s, GSA Contracts and set asides.

  • Proven success in identifying and securing multi-million-dollar projects from the DoD, Homeland Security (ICE), National Guard Annual Rotation etc.
  • FedBiz – reacting to these requests for quotes (RFQ), requests for information (RFI) and requests for proposal (RFP) and responding to these requests, but more importantly taking these “leads” as an opportunity to develop relationships with the contracting officer that would ultimately secure the firm as a sole source provider.
  • Experience with DoD procurement sourcing and navigating set asides including SBA, Mentor/Protégé along with GSA Contracts.
  • Candidate must strive to become the Sole Source champion for contracts.
  • Familiarity with IDIQ contracts.

Location: Not Defined, preference is East of the Mississippi.

Compensation: $120k-$140K annual plus quarterly commissions paid on total amount of sales.
