Our client has been servicing customers as a go to outsourced customers service solution for more than 25 years. Over the last 3 years they have more than tripled in size in revenue, headcount and total customers. They have built a proven model that allows a small business to improve its brand and increase sales by never missing a call at a fraction of the cost of a full time employee. They have acquired 2 competitors recently and have a roadmap to triple in size again over the next 5 years. With this growth they are hiring a Sr. Manager of Call Center Operations for their location in Lake Havasu, AZ.
POSITION SUMMARY
As the Manager of the center you will be responsible for 50+ employees taking inbound calls. The role will only be based in Lake Havasu for an estimated 18 months before you will be rotated back to the company’s home office in Phoenix. You will have the opportunity to make the center your own. You will manage 4 Team Leaders directly and be hands on with the associates on the phone. As the company continues to grow, this role is a perfect way to demonstrate your readiness to become a Director.
