Korn Ferry are working with their esteemed utilities client based in London. We are looking for an AI Business Transformation Lead who will play a critical role in shaping and delivering the organisation's AI transformation programme.
Reporting into the executive-level AI leadership group, this individual will co-design the AI strategy and be accountable for translating it into real, measurable business outcomes.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a blend of enterprise transformation experience, AI fluency, and autonomy.
Rate - £600-800 per day - Outside IR35

Key Responsibilities
- Co-lead the definition and execution of the enterprise AI transformation roadmap
- Partner with executive stakeholders to shape AI vision, priorities, and investment cases
- Translate AI ambition into executable programmes, milestones, and outcomes
- Oversee and coordinate multiple AI workstreams
- Act as a bridge between business, technology, data, and partners
- Ensure AI initiatives deliver tangible value
- Embed AI responsibly within organisational culture
- Support governance and stakeholder alignment
Required Experience
- Proven experience leading large-scale business or digital transformations
- Demonstrable experience delivering AI-enabled change
- Strong background working at executive level
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments
- Experience in regulated or complex enterprises preferred
