Business Systems Analyst (FP&A)

Organization Overview

The Cloud Finance Optimization Office drives strategic transformation and continuous improvement across the Finance organization. The team champions automation, operational efficiency, and cross functional systems and data initiatives, leveraging emerging technologies, AI, and modern tools to scale and mature Finance capabilities.

Role Overview

In this role, you will support the execution and oversight of role based and attribute based access controls for Cloud users, managing data permissions across multiple product lifecycle stages for the Single Source of Truth (SSOT) and related repositories. You will process and implement access requests using a queue management system and source code control frameworks. Candidates with strong SQL skills will also contribute to large scale data reconciliation initiatives and ensure operational documentation remains accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage access requests for a Cloud user base of approximately 4,000 users.
  • Implement access configuration changes and create or update technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on project management related activities and subject matter discussions.
  • Contribute to data reconciliation efforts using SQL and internal analytical platforms.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or another quantitative field, or 5+ years of equivalent practical experience.
  • Solid understanding of core corporate finance principles and accounting concepts.
  • Experience with access management or data governance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and strong teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function.
  • Ability to review, understand, and work with existing documentation and SQL code.
  • Advanced proficiency in productivity tools, SQL, and AI enabled technologies.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous environments and effectively prioritizing competing workloads.
