Business Systems Analyst - Data

Responsibilities

• Own POS systems; including data integrations and configurations into all backend and frontend systems
•  Involves executing moderate to difficult analyst tasks, methodologies, tools, and systems.
• Participate in internal/external client and vendor calls to elicit requirements.
• Write and maintain detailed documentation of user requirements and the design/development of systems.
• Provide data analysis and mappings to incorporate new data sources into both new and existing products.
• Manually test, evaluate, and validate systems for business stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between developers and end users to ensure technical compatibility.
• Participate in team ceremonies.
• Collaborate with customers and team members.
• Report progress regularly for tasks and assignments.
• Suggest new and innovative approaches to business solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
• One ore more year of experience in a Technical Business Analyst or Data Analyst position
• Experience including definition, analysis, documentation and design
• Solid understanding of Scrum and Kanban Agile methodologies.
• Skilled at querying data from a SQL server or other relational databases.
• Understanding of logical software design and architecture.
• Ability to utilize resources to keep up with new technologies.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment while working on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Champion and adhere to company best practices
• Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and Confluence
