We are currently partnering with a leading Financial Services organisation in Dublin to hire an experienced Business Readiness Analyst/Lead to support a significant transformation programme.

  • 6 Month Contract (initial)
  • Rate: €500 per day
  • Hybrid (sporadic visits onsite in Dublin City Centre)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of business readiness and operational readiness activities across the programme.
  • Define and maintain governance, risk, and readiness documentation required ahead of implementation and go-live.
  • Engage with impacted business areas to assess operational impacts and readiness requirements.
  • Coordinate readiness activities across multiple stakeholder groups, ensuring alignment and accountability.
  • Identify, track, and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and actions relating to business readiness.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and governance forums.
  • Support go-live planning, implementation readiness assessments, and post-go-live activities.
  • Ensure business teams are prepared for change and that implementation activities have minimal impact on day-to-day operations.

Experience Required

  • Experience in Business Readiness, Operational Readiness, Business Change, Change Management, or Programme Delivery roles.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting large-scale transformation or change programmes.
  • Proven ability to work across multiple business functions and delivery teams.
  • Experience managing governance, risk, and readiness activities.
  • Financial Services experience is highly desirable.
