Korn Ferry has partnered with our client in their search for a Business Planning & Analysis (BPA) Manager - Manufacturing Sites
Responsibilities
- Supporting FP&A processes such as budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and long-range planning to assist management in strategic and operational decision?making.
- Performing accounting entries and generating financial reports using tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, and Foresight.
- Developing and maintaining monthly reporting packages, including financial dashboards used to drive strategic decisions.
- Managing CAPEX through the Stratex digital tool for global MTO, R&D, ITCI, and Commercial entities.
- Using financial systems (ASPIRE, APMR, SAP, etc.) to analyze financial results.
- Supporting month-end close, including journal entries and allocations.
- Assessing the impact of systems and processes on FP&A activities by applying knowledge of accounting, finance, and business operations.
- Conducting economic research on topics such as rates of return, depreciation, working capital, investments, and financial/expense comparisons.
- Participating in special projects as needed.
Skills Required
- Ability to fluently read, write, and communicate in English.
- 5 years of validated experience in relevant financial roles.
- CPA preferred.
- Strong proficiency with financial systems and ability to retrieve cost information at a granular level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities using Excel, Alteryx, and internal systems.
- Ability to critically review and improve initiative metrics.
- Problem-solving mindset with a passion for simplification.
- Demonstrated success working in a multinational, matrixed organization.
- Ability to perform in a demanding, resource-constrained environment.
- Proven track record of achieving results.
Education & Work Experience
- Work Hours: Monday - Friday
- Travel: 5% domestic
- On-Site: 100%
