We are looking for an experienced Lead Business Architect (LBA) to support a major Temenos Transact core banking implementation.

This is a senior functional architecture position requiring extensive Temenos Transact/T24 implementation experience. The successful candidate will take a leading role in defining the functional solution, working closely with senior client stakeholders and ensuring the programme maximises the use of Transact Standard Model Bank functionality rather than unnecessary bespoke development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall functional architecture and solution design for the Temenos Transact implementation.
  • Own and coordinate functional design across multiple Transact workstreams.
  • Lead client workshops to understand business requirements and translate them into appropriate Transact solutions.
  • Challenge bespoke/custom requirements and promote adoption of Transact Standard Model Bank functionality wherever appropriate.
  • Provide architectural guidance across Retail and Corporate Banking, particularly Lending and Deposits.
  • Ensure effective integration and alignment across relevant Transact modules and banking domains.

Essential Experience

  • Minimum of 2 previous Temenos Transact implementations in a Lead Business Architect capacity - mandatory.
  • Extensive Temenos Transact/T24 core banking implementation experience.
  • Strong functional architecture and end-to-end solution design experience.
  • Deep understanding of Retail and Corporate Banking.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Lending and Deposits.
  • Experience with Temenos Arrangement Architecture (AA).
  • Strong knowledge of Transact modules including:
    • AA
    • TPH / Temenos Payments Hub
    • Teller
    • Limits
    • Collateral
  • Good understanding of Accounting & Reporting, Payments and Treasury.
  • Strong understanding of the Transact Standard Model Bank and an ability to drive standardisation over unnecessary customisation.
  • Excellent client-facing, workshop facilitation and senior stakeholder management skills.
