Lucas Group is working with a manufacturing company around the Cincinnati area to find an ERP Developer. The Application Developer position is responsible for developing, modifying, maintaining, testing and documenting business applications, including the company’s core ERP and CRM systems as well as custom integrations written to satisfy business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Perform analysis, design, implementation, installation and training related to new software developed, acquired and/or enhanced
- Developing and maintaining reports that will assist in data related efforts, including data migrations, ad hoc query requests and data transformations.
- Work with Business Analysts and Project Managers to deliver enhancement requests for ERP and CRM systems
- Maintain and revise existing systems and provide technical assistance to users as well as others in IT
- Assist with data migration efforts associated with ERP and CRM implementations
- Document technical details of solutions and work with Business Analysts and Project Sponsors to create user guides
Qualifications:
Programming experience using Microsoft Toolset (VB, C#, .net)
- Manufacturing experience
- 5+ Years’ ERP software development experience, preferably with Infor SyteLine
- Ability to communicate with associates at all levels throughout the organization
