JOB DESCRIPTION
This Business Analyst will support of the applications including troubleshooting, stabilization, upgrading, training, administration, maintenance, and enhancements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide business analysis and systems knowledge
- Manage project's project plan, scope, budget and timelines
- Documentation of business requirements gathered
- QA process and UAT with business users
- Monitor and report on a regular basis to management on the status of project efforts, anticipating/identifying issues that inhibit attainment of project goals and implementing corrective actions
- Evaluation and implementation of software
- Support and lead internal/external project teams
- Interact with vendors and manage internal and external relationships
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical BA/PM role
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Real Estate/Financial Services Industry Experience
- Yardi, Argus, OR JDE
- Bachelor's in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Process mapping/engineering
- Experience in both supporting large and small system as well as design, testing and documentation
- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
- Salesforce Implementation experience
