**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with direct experience working with Appian. This role will involve collaborating closely with Appian developers to ensure accurate understanding and implementation of business requirements. If you have experience working with supply chain, finance, or asset management teams, it will be a significant advantage. While direct Appian experience is preferred, we are open to candidates with experience in other enterprise applications and services.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate closely with Appian developers to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including supply chain, finance, and asset management teams, to gather and refine requirements.
- Create detailed user stories, functional specifications, and other documentation to support the development process.
- Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions by conducting thorough requirement analysis and validation.
- Assist in facilitating communication and coordination across departments to ensure project success.
- Support the team in delivering high-quality solutions that meet both functional and technical requirements.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong preference for direct Appian experience.
- Experience working with internal teams such as supply chain, finance, and asset management.
- Ability to create comprehensive documentation, including user stories and functional specifications.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- US Citizenship is required due to government contract regulations.
