Business Analyst - Digital Transformation

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the delivery of digital transformation initiatives for our Financial Services client in Dublin.

Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite, Dublin City Centre

Day Rate Contract - Initially 6 months

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of supporting complex change programmes, working across business and technology functions, and driving successful outcomes through strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Experience

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering digital transformation initiatives within Financial Services.
  • Strong experience gathering, analysing and documenting business, functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Experience working across business, operations and technology teams to support the successful delivery of change programmes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence business leaders, SMEs and technology stakeholders.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, eliciting requirements and translating business needs into clear deliverables.
  • Experience liaising closely with technology teams to support solution design, development and implementation activities.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience supporting customer-facing digital initiatives, platform enhancements, process transformation and operational change programmes.
  • Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Strong process mapping, gap analysis, impact assessment and documentation skills.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience within wealth management, private banking, asset management or investment services would be beneficial.
  • Experience supporting business readiness, change management and user adoption activities.
  • Relevant Business Analysis qualifications or certifications would be advantageous (e.g. IIBA, BCS or Agile certifications).
