Overview
A contract opportunity is available for a Business Analyst to support a large organisation undergoing AI-led digital transformation. This role sits within a Global Operations function, helping translate business needs into intelligent, AI-enabled workflows that combine automation with human oversight.
This position is ideal for candidates with 2-5 years' experience who are interested in process improvement, emerging technologies, and AI-driven transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into actionable solutions
- Analyse and map operational processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Support the design of AI-enabled and agentic workflows with human-in-the-loop controls
- Collaborate with technology and operations teams to implement process and system improvements
- Use data and metrics to assess performance and measure the impact of automation
- Support change management, training, and adoption of new digital capabilities
Required Skills & Experience
- 2-5 years' experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or Digital Transformation
- Experience in process mapping, workflow design, and requirements gathering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
- Exposure to AI, automation, or low-code/workflow tools
- Ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Desirable
- Experience in legal, content, or operational environments
- Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
- Understanding of AI-enabled or agentic systems
- Experience supporting technology adoption or change initiatives
