Job Title: Bullhorn Consultant (Contract-to-Hire)
Location: Hillside, IL (Onsite 5x a week, some flex 1x a week to be remote)

Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Bullhorn Consultant to support the stabilization, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of our Bullhorn environment. This role will play a critical part in improving system functionality, supporting integrations, and ensuring the platform can effectively scale with business needs. The organization is currently in a stabilization phase following prior implementation challenges and is looking for a subject matter expert to help drive efficiency and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Bullhorn SME, providing hands-on expertise across system configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting
- Assess current Bullhorn setup and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Support and enhance integrations between Bullhorn and other systems/tools
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders including IT, Business Analysts, and leadership to align system capabilities with business needs
- Assist with ongoing data cleanup and data integrity initiatives
- Collaborate with project managers and contribute to broader system and process improvement efforts
- Provide guidance on best practices for Bullhorn usage across recruiting workflows (primarily light industrial staffing)
- Support implementation and utilization of tools such as SourceBreaker
- Help stabilize the environment and build scalable processes moving forward
Team & Environment:
- Reports into IT leadership (CTO and Director of IT)
- Works closely with Business Analyst and IT Helpdesk teams
- Collaborative environment with both onsite and nearshore resources (including BI support)
- Organization is heavily focused on light industrial staffing (approx. 90%)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bullhorn Consultant or Administrator in a staffing environment
- Strong understanding of Bullhorn ATS/CRM functionality, including configurations and integrations
- Experience with BH Analytics
- Experience working in environments undergoing stabilization or post-implementation optimization
- Familiarity with data cleanup, migration, and system integrity best practices
- Experience with SourceBreaker or similar sourcing tools is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams
