Responsibilities
- Routine data-analysis services
- Research-oriented collaborations
- NGS data interpretation and handling
- Unix based server administration and management
- Data analysis software experience using Python, R, C and other languages
- Analysis of array based genotyping data
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Bioinformatics preferred w/ 3-5 years of direct bioinformatics experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Bioinformatics or related fields with 5-7 years of direct experience also accepted
