We have partnered with our Fintech client in their search for a Business Intelligence Developer. (Contract-To-Hire)
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Tableau dashboards that inform and drive decision-making across internal teams and customers.
- Analyze data from multiple sources, optimizing for performance and ensuring quality insights for end-users.
- Collaborate with global teams and coach users to leverage self-service analytics, ensuring effective use of developed solutions.
Skills Required
- Hands-on expertise in Tableau development, focusing on creating high-performance dashboards & reports.
- Strong SQL skills, (preferably in Snowflake, MariaDB/MySQL) for data analytics, manipulation, and query performance tuning.
- Knowledge of quantitative and statistical data analysis; Tableau Server administration is a plus, but not required.
- Strong Communication skills
Education & Work Experience
- Bachelors Degree
- 3+ years of professional work experience
