This individual will be responsible for benefits administration, data analytics, process improvement, developing action plans, implementing strategy, and change communications to a population of more than 10,000 employees.

- 5+ years of benefits administration in a large, global organization
- 3+ years of management experience
- Strong Excel experience
Responsibilities:
- Project management and implementation of new processes and procedures
- Manage open enrollment and communications
- Vendor management
- Data analysis and manipulation (PeopleSoft ideal)
