Benefits and Compensation Manager (Closed)

Lucas Group has partnered with a rapidly growing services organization on their search for Benefits and Compensation Manager. This role requires a strategic thinker with a "role up the sleeves" execution. The successful candidate will:

• Administer compensation policy for base pay, short-term and long-term incentive plans
• Working with brokers to deliver quality benefit plans while managing cost
• Administer all benefits programs: medical, dental vision, wellness, 401k, stock options etc.
• Evaluate and compares existing benefits offerings to those of similar employers; analyze industry surveys and develops recommendations to maintain competitive in the market.
• Work with HR leadership on benefit renewal strategy, including alternative options, new vendors, etc.
• Designing, implementing and communicating benefit plans

Requirements:

• 10+ years’ experience administering benefit plans
• 2+ years’ experience compensation
