Creditor's Rights Law Firm is seeking a Bankruptcy Attorney.  This is a family friendly law firm that values their employees.  This is a temp to perm position.  If interested and qualified please send resume sluksin@lucasgroup.com for immediate consideration.

Tasks will include leading a team of paralegals to manage bankruptcy process.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with local counsel to manage bankruptcy proceedings for South Florida
• Lead team of paralegals to manage Proofs of Claim/Plan Review, Transfers of Claim, Payment Change Notices, Post-Petition Fee Notices, Motion for Relief and Objection to Confirmation
• Ensure all client and internal systems are up-to-date and well documented
• Experience with CaseAware a PLUS

Ideal candidate must demonstrate/possess advanced understanding of the Bankruptcy Process

 Education: Juris Doctor and minimum 2-3 years’ experience in creditor's rights bankruptcy servicing
