The firm offers exclusive representation to institutional clients, such as lenders, mortgage services, credit unions, banks, hedge funds, investors, and other financial services industry stakeholders. The best fit will be a bankruptcy attorney, with broad-spectrum creditor side experience. Default mortgage experience is highly preferred.
