Our client, an Am Law 100 Firm with a great culture, is seeking a bankruptcy associate with 2+ years of experience for its Chicago office.
Ideal candidates will have experience representing secured creditors, landlords, purchasers of assets, equipment lessors and fiduciaries in workouts, out-of-court restructurings and in all phases of Chapter 11 cases as well as litigation skills including the ability to draft complaints, discovery, take depositions, appear in federal, state and bankruptcy courts, negotiate settlements and correspond with opposing counsel. IL Bar admission is strongly preferred.
