Bank Regulatory Manager (Closed)

Responsibilities:

• Participate in a team approached process of filing required regulatory financial reports. This includes reading and interpreting regulatory guidance and instructions, determining applicability to the company, sourcing necessary data, preparing draft reports along with detailed supporting work papers, clearing review comments, and submitting reports via filing software
• Work to enhance controls and develop streamlined reporting processes
• Support internal audits, and regulatory examinations
• Other ad hoc initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Minimum of 5 years GAAP accounting experience, experience with financial reporting is a plus
• Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid Excel working knowledge
• Relevant bank or financial services experience a plus
