TECHNOLOGY TRANSACTIONS ATTORNEY (REMOTE)

Mid-to-senior level attorney with significant experience with technology transactions to assist on projects on a flexible contract basis.

The role would be on a part time basis, averaging around 20- 25 hours of work per week and would be dedicate to supporting a specific client work stream for a Seattle -area Technology Transactions group.

Attorneys with prior large law firm experience and in-house experience are encouraged to apply. Attorneys will have the opportunity to work remotely on a flexible basis. The ideal candidate will have:

•  8+ years of experience with tech transactions, including licensing, intellectual property, IT sales, procurement, and supply chain contracts, focusing in the areas of software and hardware.

• Experience working with clients in the software and high technology industries.

• Sophisticated transactional experience and a high level of ability to structure and negotiate complex agreements.

• Strong drafting abilities with great attention to detail.

• Excellent client-facing skills and experience interfacing with top stakeholders.

• An interest in alternative, project-based work with flexible hours without the traditional law firm obligations and billable hour requirements.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work product with minimal supervision and direction.
