Attorney (Secondment) (Closed)

In House Secondment in Seattle for 4-5 months (full time) starting in early September. Focus on financial services and commercial transactional work.

•  5+ years of experience in general transactional work.
• We need someone with experience negotiating and running significant deals.
• They must have experience drafting bespoke provisions, as well as providing ongoing guidance, reviewing marketing material, liaising with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts, and coordinate regulatory research in different jurisdictions where our client launches new services/products.
• The secondee would be quarterbacking and coordinating among external counsel, and would be responsible for ensuring that all regulatory issues are resolved, mitigated, or have a determined solution.
• Hourly rate of pay 60-70 DOE.
