Lucas Group is expanding, and we are seeking to hire an Attorney Recruiter to join our established team in Atlanta that exclusively services the legal industry by fulfilling the hiring needs of some of the top law firms and corporations in the Southeast. Due to the high demand from new and existing clientele, we are extremely busy and need a smart, driven self-starter that wants to contribute to a dynamic and diverse team. We are a team of motivated, polished professionals that pride ourselves on representing our candidates, clients and Lucas Group with high integrity and ethics. Our candidates and clients are high performing attorneys, law firms and corporations which requires our recruiters to be capable of managing high level, sophisticated roles on behalf of law firms and companies.
We will consider all applicants with legal and/or another recruiting niche experience. A JD is not required but preferred – we will always consider attorneys seeking a non-traditional career path. Must be performance oriented and polished.
