Contracts Counsel: REMOTE, Interim role
Interim Contracts Attorney will support internal corporate stakeholders with contracts needs:
- Draft & negotiate various agreements including:
- Digital agreements
- e-commerce agreements
- I.T. agreements (cloud/service/storage agreements, etc.)
- IP agreements
- Marketing agreements
- distributor agreements
- service agreements with third party vendors
- Advise on commercial and manufacturing related transactions
- Advise on sourcing, digital platforms, IP, risk and anti-trust
- Advise on digital and e-commerce issues
This role is contract and hourly, and is expected to last 2- 3 months.
