The Lucas Group is searching for an experienced, talented, and analytical Associate Digital Marketing Manager – Paid Social to add as a key member of our client’s team in either Atlanta or New York City. Our client is a specialty insurer on a global level who is far removed from the world of mass market insurance products. Instead our client is selective and focused on key areas of expertise and strength - all of which is underpinned by a culture that encourages them to challenge convention. 


As the Associate Digital Marketing Manager – Paid Social, you’ll keep the small business owner at the forefront of our client’s paid social program. You’ll bring your knowledge of social ad products, creative best practices, and direct response measurement to drive growth and efficiency of our customer acquisition campaigns. This role will work with internal stakeholders, as well as key agency partners, for day-to-day execution of a multi-million dollar paid social spend.

RESPONSIBILITES 

  • As part of the acquisition marketing team, you will be responsible for helping to grow our customer base: the small business owner. 
  • Develop and execute full-funnel customer acquisition campaigns across social platforms. 
  • Manage daily optimizations of campaigns to deliver target KPIs. 
  • Manage and execute testing roadmap to drive continued optimization of campaigns, including bid strategies, audience segmentation and ad type. 
  • Map and manage creative roadmap aligned with the acquisition funnel, meeting the needs at each step of the consumer decision journey. 
  • Track, measure, and report on KPIs and campaign and consumer insights. 
  • Partner with our marketing automation team to leverage platform for improved targeting and campaign performance. 
  • Work with UX team on optimization of landing experiences to drive conversion rates. 
  • Stay on top of social trends and identify new opportunities to find and reach the small business owner.

REQUIREMENTS 

  • 3+ years’ experience in paid social media.  
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook and LinkedIn targeting, bid strategies, and ad types.  
  • Strong knowledge of all social platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit.  
  • Experience with pixel measurement and social UI reporting tools.  
  • Working knowledge of ad tech and analytics tools including Google Ads (formerly DoubleClick), Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel. 
  • Excellent organizational and relationship management skills with an ability to build relationships across internal teams and external partners.  
  • Strong communication and time management skills. Must be able to adapt communication styles to audience and manage/prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.  
  • Self-starter with a genuine ‘can-do’ attitude and a passion for delivering results .
